Station 19, formerly known as Los Olivos Condominiums, was a fractured condo project and was purchased from 16 separate owners. Upon executing the transaction in August 2018 WGP streamlined operations from a fragmented HOA operating the property to a single apartment community and began an extensive exterior & common area renovation, and heavy overhaul to all of the interior units.
WGP renovated 100% of the units roughly 12 months into ownership and the property sold 17 months into ownership.
